Mrs Nic Landon

Nic Landon is a Transfusion Practitioner and HCPC registered professional. She began her career as a multi-disciplinary trained Biomedical Scientist in Australia, eventually specialising in Blood Transfusion during her time at UCLH. Nic’s enthusiasm for training led to a number of years working in the education sector, including Surrey University and Buckinghamshire New University, where she developed a keen interest in pedagogy and in 2021 was shortlisted for the Teaching Innovation of the Year category of the Student Nursing Times Awards. In addition to her day-to-day commitments, Nic is currently engaged in a collaborative research project to develop an innovative digital solution to support students with healthcare literacy.
