The below table outlines the key deadlines that should familiarise yourself and ensure you meet. Additional information on each area is available across the graduation website pages.

| Nominate your most inspiring tutor. | 12 noon Monday 8 January 2024 |
Request a visa for your and/or your guests. Please note you must have booked tickets before you can submit a visa request. | The exact deadline will vary depending on the country, so we advise you to do this ASAP.

Purchase any additional guest tickets. Tickets are subject to availability, the number you can book may be restricted and will be sold on a first come first served basis until sold out. | If extra tickets are available, they can be purchased on the day of your ceremony during your registration period. |
