As part of your booking with Buckinghamshire New University you will have a dedicated point of contact within the Commercial Events team. We will guide you through the booking process to make sure that we have all the information we need to make your event a success.

For High Wycombe and Uxbridge all our seminar rooms and lecture theatres come with standard fittings of a projector with VGA connection, screen and air conditioning. All seminar rooms have a whiteboard and flipcharts are available on request. At our Aylesbury campus each seminar room has a VGA or HDMI connection for the projector and a screen.

All of our rooms are flexible in their layout. We will work with you to determine the best set up for your event and our porter team at the University will set this up.

We have an extensive catering menu available to all our guests, with options to personalise and adapt the menu to your requirements. We also fully cater for all dietary requirements as part of your booking. Our catering team can offer tea and coffee on arrival and refreshments throughout the day, as well as buffet lunches and hot dinners. Please note that we operate a limited menu at our Aylesbury campus.

Through our Students’ Union we can also offer bar facilities, with an option of providing welcome drinks at your event or hiring a paid bar with staff. This is based at our High Wycombe campus.

Please indicate on your enquiry if you would like catering and we will send out a catering menu for you to peruse.
