Make a payment
The ePayments system enables you to pay the University for all the amounts owing for tuition, accommodation and all other fees and charges.
Tuition fees, Accommodation and other amounts due
For home, EU, international and distant learning students pay your fees here.
To pay rent or any outstanding fees for halls or head tenancy, please head to the ePayment and login to view your account.
Tuition fees become due in full by your enrolment date or at the start of your course whichever is the later. For self-financing students, organising the payment of your tuition fees is essential. If you do not pay your fees at the correct time you may not have access to all of the facilities.
Home and EU students can make an individual 'one off' payment or choose the instalment option.
For international or Distance Learning tuition fees; you can make individual payments on or before the due dates shown on your personal payment schedule. DO NOT choose the instalment option.
Sponsors and parents can pay fees - you will need to know the student's ID number and date of birth.
This is only for students who are self funded or partially funded (do not pay if you have applied for a student loan to cover all the fees).
Students who are being sponsored by an employer should make sure we have this confirmation in writing. Confirmation can be in the form of:
- a purchase order
- a sponsorship form
- a signed letter from the sponsor containing invoicing information and the amount being sponsored.
Sponsors will receive an invoice for the tuition fees. Fees are due in full 30 days from date of invoice.
Bank details can be found on the invoice.
A remittance can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
