World Fun Fair Month
In September 2021, Future4fairgrounds working together with Showmen from across the globe were proud to officially celebrate the first ever World Fun Fair Month. World Fun Fair Month unites Showmen and brings people together from around the world to celebrate all aspects of the fairgrounds, and the joy they bring to communities everywhere. Showmen from the UK, Europe, North America, and Australasia are working together to ensure this extraordinary event will be truly global. Join us as we celebrate our past, raise awareness for the present and protect the future of all travelling fun fairs internationally.
This short clip from BBC programme 'All the fun at the fair' (Broadcast 12th May 2016) was used in Sheldon Chadwick's presentation (above) and features Sheldon and his family who are Showmen.
