Before joining BNU, I spent five years working in Facilities Management within the Higher Education sector. During my time in FM, I spent four years on the BNU contract, working with the University to manage a mix of soft and hard services across all campuses and halls of residence. Towards the end of my FM career, I worked with colleagues to manage the construction handover and mobilisation of the UCL East campus on Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. In this role, I oversaw the day-to-day operation of One Pool Street.

In 2023, I joined BNU as the International Student Support Advisor based in The Student Hub, turning my passion for helping people into a career. I am fortunate enough to work with our fantastic international student community daily and aim to be their first point of contact for any help they may need during their time at BNU. My role involves working with both PSE and Academic colleagues from across the University to support our students.

Alongside my role, I am an active member of the BNU Employee Forum, proud of the positive impact the group has had on BNU since its formation. I am also one of the co-leads of the BNU LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, a safe space for staff members, whether members of the community or allies, to get together.
