Andy Davies
Andy is an International Student Support Advisor, and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. Andy strives to promote the inclusion of those members of the community who identify within the ‘Q+’. Andy himself identifies as a Queer Demisexual Male, uses he/him pronouns and has spent his career working in the construction and facilities management industry in higher education before moving into a role within The Student Hub at BNU.
Andy has been a member of LGBTQ+ Networks, giving talks about his lived experience to educate those who may not be aware of the stories of those within the ‘Q+’. Andy has also lived with a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and hypermobility syndrome since the age of 16 and is an advocate of those living with chronic illness.
