Nicky Wilson
Nicky is a HR Business Partner specialising in Organisational Development at Buckinghamshire New University and has worked in the Higher Education sector for 12 years. She also has experience of data analytics, reward and benefits, staff surveys, strategy development and HR generalist work. Prior to HE, she worked in technical training and social research industries and has also been a school Governor. She has experience of being a working Mum of 3 children (on a part-time and full-time basis), and returning to work after a long career break. Her children have taught her a lot about gender identity and the challenges and benefits of being neurodivergent. She also has lived experience of peri- and menopausal symptoms and managing symptoms of ADHD in the workplace, with a good dollop of imposter syndrome thrown into the mix! She would love to connect with others to learn how she can support, and equally would love to hear from those who are interested in coaching her through her current challenges.
