Before joining Buckinghamshire New University in September 2025, I built a career spanning over 20 years in higher education, gaining comprehensive experience in academic administration and operational management. For 16 years, I was at the University of Warwick’s Centre for Teacher Education, where I oversaw critical processes including admissions, enrolment, timetabling, and student records. My role also involved supporting Ofsted inspections and facilitating the introduction of new courses, ensuring compliance and quality standards were consistently met.

I bring proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, having collaborated effectively with partner schools, academic teams, and wider colleagues. I have led initiatives to streamline administrative operations and enhance service delivery, with key achievements including the implementation of digital solutions for student records, supporting international partnerships, and strengthening quality assurance frameworks. 

As College Business Manager, I can combine my strategic thinking with operational efficiency to contribute significantly to the success of the College’s business and administrative functions.
