BNU supports local toy bank for third year

Volunteers supported the Chiltern Toy Bank (CTB) charity by hosting a pop-up shop at our High Wycombe campus on 28 November to help local families.

The CTB supports hundreds of families each year by providing free presents to children of all ages to make Christmas less stressful - and a little more special - for local people who are facing financial hardship.

University colleagues welcomed families and helped them choose gifts for their children. The Wycombe Wanderers Foundation also volunteered at the shop, which included gifts generously donated by the club’s fans.

We're proud to support the charity's excellent work for a third year and to play our part in making Christmas a little brighter for families in our local community who are facing a tough time.
