The below outlines the key deadlines that you should familiarise yourself with and ensure you meet. Additional information on each area is available across the graduation website pages.

Friday, 27^th of February – Award deadline   

Deadline to have been made an award of the University by the Board of Examiners in order to attend Spring 2026 graduation.

4pm, Monday, 9^th of March – deadline of booking your graduand, guest tickets, gowns. 

You must book your tickets before this date.

4pm, Monday, 9^th of March – hiring your gown

You must book your gown, hood and mortarboard.

Please note you must wear a gown, hood and mortarboard and be appropriately dressed in order to attend your ceremony.

4pm, Monday, 9^th of March – prebook your professional photographs

Please book via Ede and Ravenscroft.

4pm, Monday, 9^th of March – letting us know if you do not want your details published

If you don't want your personal data (full name and course title) published in the programme, please let us know when registering your attendance via Ede and Ravenscroft.

4pm, Monday, 9^th of March – informing us of access requirements

Tell us about any accessibility or additional requirements for you or your guests when registering your attendance via Ede and Ravenscroft.

4pm, Monday, 9^th of March – Deadline to request a refund for tickets and gown hire

This deadline is applicable to anyone who has been made an award on or before the above award deadline.
