BNU holds One Stop Shop Drop-in Advice Sessions for local community

Buckinghamshire New University is hosting fortnightly One Stop Shop Drop-In Advice sessions open to the local community and residents of High Wycombe. 

Over the course of two months, free, confidential and specialist help will be available in one place from local advice organisations, as well as BNU's School of Business and Law, on a variety of subjects.

Organisations including Buckinghamshire Council's Helping Hand, Fairhive, Citizens Advice, One Can Trust, Adviza, Christians Against Poverty, and more will be on hand to offer local residents the confidential advice.

Sessions will run once a fortnight on the High Wycombe campus and will include discreet spaces for confidential conversations. 

Advice will be available on topics such as:  

  • Benefits 
  • Bills 
  • Careers 
  • Employment 
  • Food 
  • Housing 

The sessions will be held fortnightly on the dates below: 

  • Wednesday 3 July 
  • Wednesday 17 July 
  • Wednesday 31 July 
  • Wednesday 14 August 
  • Wednesday 28 August 
  • Wednesday 11 September
