Looking back at my time at Buckinghamshire New University, I can confidently say it’s been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life, filled with growth, opportunity, and unforgettable memories. One of the biggest highlights for me was joining the SA scheme. It’s been so much more than just a part-time job - it’s where I’ve made some of my closest friends and felt truly connected to the BNU community. From Open Days to events, every experience gave me a chance to develop confidence, meet new people, and give back to BNU.

Another unforgettable moment was when the Students’ Union took us to Winter Wonderland for free! It was such a wholesome day, and being able to make memories with friends outside of lectures really brought our group closer together. It was moments like this that made BNU feel like home.

As a member of the netball 1st team, I’ve also had the chance to be part of something competitive and empowering. The team spirit, weekly matches, and shared laughs gave me a real sense of community and belonging, it truly shaped my university experience in the best way.

And of course, the ultimate highlight: 

Graduating! Wearing my gown, holding my degree, celebrating the hard work that went into every assignment, placement, and exam, it’s a feeling I’ll never forget. It made every challenge worth it and brought everything full circle.

 BNU has been more than just a place to study - it’s been a place to grow, connect, and create memories that’ll last a lifetime.
