Rent payments
There are three main ways you can pay your accommodation rent:
- Pay rent online
- International and Distance Learning students can use TransferMate
- Pay at the Student Hub located in the Atrium on our High Wycombe Campus
Inventories
The inventory reflects the condition of your accommodation at the start of your occupancy, so it is important you complete this to ensure you are not charged for pre-existing damages and defects when you move out. Students are encouraged to report any maintenance issues or defects and will not be charged for any subsequent repairs.

Senior Residents
Across our halls of residence, we have Senior Residents (SR). SR's are current students who assist students in halls with first aid and medical advice, wellbeing, lifestyle matters, noise and flat mate problems. Meet the Senior Residents at our Brook Street, Hughenden Park and Windsor House halls of residence.

If you are ordering parcels to our halls of residence, please ensure you put your name, block, flat and room number before one of the addresses above.
