I have spent over a decade teaching English and running school-wide training and development programmes in UK state secondary schools and was a senior lead for trainee teacher provision before moving into communications roles.

I am also a Motivational Interviewing trainer, coach and ILM certified mentor and have been an Associate trainer with ACA since 2019.
