Adam Honor is the Chief Executive Officer of Rose Partners, a UK capacity and capability building organisation that supports governments in frontier, developing and post conflict environments. Working at Ministerial level and, where possible, supporting the UK Governments prosperity agenda, Adam leads on a broad range of modernisation and reform solutions for organisations, institutions and national infrastructure  

Adam’s earlier career includes that of a Commission Officer in His Majesty’s Armed Forces, after which he was an executive in FTSE100 engineering company, worked for the world’s fastest growing airline and was the Chief Security Officer at a leading UK technology and innovation company.  

An advocate for building operational and organisational resilience into companies and institutions, Adam has worked at board and advisory level throughout his career and championed the cyber and security risk management agenda.
