Year of entry: Foundation Year (32-56 tariff points or 48-88 for BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing only)

Standard A level requirements.

IELTS 5.5 with no element under 5.5 or equivalent.

Year of Entry: Undergraduate Year 1 (88 - 112 tariff points)
  • Standard A level requirements OR
  • Successful completion of a recognised foundation programme after completion of the Advanced General Certificate of Secondary Education.

IELTS 6.0 with no element under 5.5 or equivalent.

Year of Entry: Undergraduate Year 1 (100 - 128 tariff points or 112-136 for BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing only)
  • Standard A level requirements OR
  • Successful completion of a recognised foundation programme after completion of the Advanced General Certificate of Secondary Education.
  • IELTS 6.0 with no element under 5.5 or equivalent
  • Adult Nursing:  IELTS score of 6.0 overall with no section below 6.0 or equivalent.
Year of Entry: Masters

4- year degree with minimum 2:2 profile (at least 60% in more than half the modules at levels 4,5 including thesis, an no mark lower than 50%.

Standard English language entry requirements – IELTS 6.5 with no element under 6.0 or equivalent.

Please note that the entry criteria detailed below is for the majority of courses, however some courses such as BSc (Hons) NursingBSc (Hons) Professional Practice (Healthcare)BSc (Hons) Social Work and BSc (Hons) Aviation Management with Pilot Training may require higher academic and English levels.
