Why choose an Apprenticeship

Learn whilst you learn

As an apprentice, you will continue to work for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust but will study with Buckinghamshire New University on the programme of your choice.

Although you will continue to work normal business hours during your apprenticeship, you will also do “off the job training”. This can be various tasks, activities and University taught lessons related to your apprenticeship.

Always learning

While studying for your qualification, you will develop the skills, knowledge and experience required to successfully complete your apprenticeship and be awarded your certificate.

No Fees

The cost of your apprenticeship programme will be paid by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust as part of their commitment to you to develop and enhance your skills and experience.
