I am a Voice Performance Coach and an Associate Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University since 2021, lecturing at postgraduate level in Global Aviation Leadership and Management. I am a retired police leader and experienced educator combining a lifelong passion for performing arts with experience in professional development and communication training bringing these transferrable skills into the aviation industry.
I hold an MA in Professional Voice Practice from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire with my private practice exploring how performing arts voice and body techniques can enhance employability, entrepreneurship, and wellbeing. My current PhD research at the University of Staffordshire focuses on embedding creative, embodied learning within business and higher education.

I am currently studying for a practice-based PhD at the University of Staffordshire with my research title being: Investigation of Performing Arts voice/body practices education and exploration of techniques benefitable to entrepreneurship and employability with business culture.
