Before joining Buckinghamshire New University in September 2025, I was a Lecturer and Module Leader at Oxford Business College in Nottingham, a Lecturer at Global Banking School in Manchester-Leeds, and Vice Dean and Director of the Creative Industries Research and Application Center at Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul. I also worked as a marketing consultant for Berrsey’s Ltd in the UK and Playmetric in Berlin. My greatest accolade to date is serving as Director of BAU’s Creative Industries Research and Application Center, where I led pioneering projects bridging academia and industry in creative and digital marketing.

My special research interest is Creativity in Advertising, Digital Marketing, and Creative Industries. It is interesting because it explores how human and AI-generated creativity intersect in marketing communications, shaping consumer perceptions and innovation in global advertising practices.
