Biography
  • I began my journey at Buckinghamshire New University (BNU) in 2018, shortly after completing my BSc in Sports Therapy. As one of the first graduates from the programme, I was proud to achieve a First-Class Honours degree — a career highlight that remains one of my greatest accolades. Walking across the stage with my family and classmates present was an unforgettable moment, and it continues to inspire me to help others reach the same milestone.

Upon graduation, I was given the opportunity to contribute to teaching at BNU. Since then, I have steadily progressed through the ranks to my current role as Lecturer. Alongside my academic responsibilities, I work with England Colleges FA, Reading Rugby Club, and run my private practice to maintain and develop my professional skills. These experiences allow me to bring real-world insights into the classroom, ensuring students benefit from both academic and practical expertise.

During my time as a student at BNU, I worked closely with lecturers to seize every opportunity for work experience. My first placement came during Welcome Week, and the skills I gained proved invaluable to my studies and future career. Now, as part of the teaching team, I am proud to help deliver those same opportunities — and more — to the next generation of Sports Therapy students.

I am also a member of The Society of Sports Therapists, the accrediting professional body for the Sports Therapy course. This affiliation reflects my commitment to professional standards and the continued advancement of the discipline.
