Lynne Canessa

I am an experienced trainer, manager, practitioner and coach and have over twenty years’ experience training; having worked with a wide range of groups from university managers to members of the homeless community. My experience of working with people who have experienced social care involvement gives me a strong understanding of the complexities of peoples lives and how a strength-based approach can radically increase a persons’ ability to make change.

I have been working as an associate trainer for ACA since 2019.
