Alongside joining Buckinghamshire New University in 2025, I work for the UK Ministry of Defence.

I studied for my Masters at King’s College London and my specialist area of research is the use of secret intelligence as a tool of Strategic Communication. This was seen extensively in the weeks immediately prior to the invasion of Ukraine in 2022 and remains a feature of the information and security environment. 

I am also a Research Associate of the Climate Change and (In) Security Programme at the University of Oxford and an Associate Lecturer with the StratCom Academy.
