Biography

Before joining Buckinghamshire New University in 2023 I was a lecturer in FE. Alongside my job at BNU I coach at high-performing football clubs.

Qualifications

I studied for my BSc in Health and Physical Education with QTS at Alcorn State University and my MSc in Sports Science and Performance Coaching at Solent University in 2020. I am currently undertaking a PhD in Physical Activity at Loughborough University.

Research Interests/Academic Interests

My interests both personally and academically are physical activity and sports coaching. I find these interesting because of the myriad of benefits they have throughout our life, and how each persons experiences are unique.
