Please note that the information below is regarding July 2024 graduation.
The below table outlines the key deadlines that you should familiarise yourself with and ensure you meet. Additional information on each area is available across the graduation website pages.

| Book your graduand ticket to register your attendance online. | 12 noon Friday 7 June 2024 |
| Book your guest tickets. | 12 noon Friday 7 June 2024 |
| Nominate your most inspiring tutor. | 12 noon Friday 7 June 2024 |
Request a visa for your and/or your guests. Please note you must have booked tickets before you can submit a visa request. | The exact deadline will vary depending on the country, so we advise you to do this ASAP once you have booked your tickets. |
| If you don't want your personal data published in the programme, please let us know when registering your attendance. | 12 noon Friday 7 June 2024 |
| Purchase any additional guest tickets. | If extra tickets are available, they can be purchased on the day of your ceremony during your registration period. |
| Tickets are subject to availability, the number you can book may be restricted and will be sold on a first come first served basis until sold out. | |

Book your gown, hood and mortarboard. Please note you must wear a gown, hood and mortarboard and be appropriately dressed in order to attend your ceremony. | 12 noon Friday 7 June 2024 |
| Pre-book your professional photographs via the Ede and Ravenscroft Portal. | 12 noon Friday 7 June 2024 |
| Request to defer by completing the online deferral form. | Friday 2 August 2024 |
| Deadline to have been made an award of the University by the Board of Examiners in order to attend July 2024 graduation. | Thursday 27 June 2024 |
| Request a refund for tickets via the Ede and Ravenscroft Portal. | Friday 28 June 2024 |
| Request a refund for gown hire via the Ede and Ravenscroft Portal. | Friday 5 July 2024 |
| Request a ticket only refund deadline to graduation@bnu.ac.uk once Ede and Ravenscroft Portal no longer allows refunds | From Saturday 29 June 2024 until Friday 2 August 2024. Up until Friday 6 June, refunds requests must be processed via Ede and Ravenscroft. Refunds requested after this will not be processed till after the deadline. |
