Festive and New Year services

Services open for our students

We understand that the festive season can have its ups and downs. Please remember that BNU provides you with free 24/7 access to mental wellbeing support services via the Togetherall website. Just use your uni email to log in. And both the University’s Student Hub team and Bucks Students’ Union will be providing support during the holiday.

Our High Wycombe library will be open 24/7 giving you access to warm study spaces and PCs. The Uxbridge library is also open from 27-30 December with all opening times shown on our website. We’re also providing free snacks and sachets of tea/coffee/soup at both libraries so that you can make something warm to drink using the hot water in the dispensers. Our library elves will be away over the holiday so please ask any questions before the end of term. And please use this handy guide on our website to access e-books if you’re off campus.

Need to reset your password? Just visit our website, and use our Quick Start Guide to access all the digital resources that BNU provides to support you in your studies. If you need any further assistance, the IT Service Desk is open from 9am to 5pm on 27-29 December, and 11am – 4pm 30-31 December, by email (IT@bnu.ac.uk); phone (01494 60 5000, Option 1); and in person at the High Wycombe campus, Gateway Building, Floor 2.

We’ve created an at-a-glance list of services with additional information you might need in the schedule below.
