I joined Buckinghamshire New University in 2013 with 30 years of experience as a television producer working for all Britain’s major broadcasters.
I began my career as a journalist in newspapers before moving into television producing documentaries, factual entertainment shows and drama. I co-created and produced the BBC’s daytime drama Doctors, which still airs after 21 years. I also worked on The Bill, 999, How do they do that? And Strange But True? Amongst others.
Shows I’ve worked on have won three BAFTA nominations and two Royal Society Television awards.
I still work in the industry and run my own production company, Kinisi Productions Ltd
