Alison Dalton

I currently deliver HRM in Aviation, Management, Leadership and Change as part of the Aviation and Risk School.

Before joining Buckinghamshire New University in 2021, I spent 28 years with British Airways in senior management roles including HR, diversity and inclusion, customer service and airport management.

I studied for my MA at Aberdeen University and my specialist areas of interest are people development, HR, mentoring, and diversity and inclusion.

I am a member of CIPD and have a lecturer qualification (AFHEA).

My career highlights include working with British Airways to ensure equity of sponsorship for London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics and implementing significant changes for customers with different types of disabilities to make it easier for everyone to have a great travel experience.
