September 2008 saw the grand roll out and un-veiling of The Big Deal – a student experience which is unique in UK higher education.

 

Our University cares about the student experience and knows how important it is for you guys to have a social life and experience different activities as well as do the other stuff like assignments and lectures. So as a token of our appreciation we’re going to give you those opportunities for free!

 

You’ll receive access to free sports, free entertainment and events and free recreational activities. Other universities will charge you to play sports or go to events, but not at Bucks! To top it all off, because we understand the importance of your education, if you get involved in becoming a student rep to help out others as well as yourself, we’ll pay you for it.
