Our bars & nightlife
The Students’ Union run the area’s premier entertainments venue and has recently achieved the ‘Gold’ award at the national NUS Services ‘Best Bar None’ awards. This award maintains our reputation as being the safest night out for students in town. We also achieved Silver standard accreditation under the Sound Impact scheme. This ethical and environmental standard assess students’ unions who have achieved good standards working towards reducing energy consumption and waste.
The Venue is a student focussed social space comprising The White Room and The Lounge. The Venue is a 1,100 capacity club with an extremely good value bar in the centre of our High Wycombe Campus and we provide return transport on bigger events from the Uxbridge Campus. With plasma screens, a pool table and free WiFi internet access it provides students’ with excellent cafe and social facilities by day and a state-of-the-art clubbing experience by night.
