New students
Once everything has been confirmed about your place with us you will receive welcome information which will provide you with an overview of starting your studies.
Once you have read through the booklet you should ensure that you:
- apply to Student Finance England for support, if applicable and if you haven't already done so
- send in your Student ID card request form with a passport sized-photograph attached - please do not staple this to the form
- fill in the Disability Service form (if applicable) and returned as indicated
- return your bank details on the bursary payment form (if applicable)
You will be asked in advance to provide us with your passport photo to allow for your Student ID card to be made and sent details of your induction session. During your induction session you will be required to complete an enrolment form and be asked to attend an enrolment session to confirm your details and provide proof of your tuition fee funding.
You must bring the following items with you to your enrolment session:
- valid passport or photo-card driving licence
- support notification from the Student Loans Company (if applicable)
- payment, if you are paying all or part of the tuition fees, please complete a tuition fee instalment arrangement document enclosed in the booklet. You can pay your fees online by logging onto our secure e-payment site or make your payments direct to our bank- Sort Code: 20.40.71 account: 90344443.
- proof of qualifications
It is essential that you bring proof of identification, preferably your current passport. If however, you are not a passport holder, please provide photographic identification such as a driving licence alongside your birth certificate.
