Making the journey through higher education can be very demanding. We are here for the times when you are seeking objective, professional help away from your familiar daily environment and we provide a fully confidential service free of charge. By supporting you personally through counselling, we can also assist you academically and professionally.

We can help you:
  • See issues more objectively
  • Express feelings and come to terms with past experiences
  • Build self esteem and confidence
  • Take control of your life and become more assertive
  • Improve communication
  • Become more realistic in setting goals
  • Understand unconscious reasons
  • Unravel unhealthy old patterns
  • Overcome blocks to learning
Whatever your concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us, we are here for you.

Our services are arranged by appointment. On your first visit to us you will be asked to complete a ‘first contact form’, after which a mutually convenient meeting time and date will be offered. Appointments are arranged to accommodate your preferred availability as much as possible.  In order to protect your privacy, and to ensure confidentiality, appointments can only be made directly by yourself or with your express permission and agreement.
