Returning from exchange
If you are on or returning from an exchange, you will need to complete the following forms by the end of your study abroad period. You will need to complete these forms during the last week of your Erasmus study period and no earlier.
Certificate of Attendance (Erasmus exchange only)
Please fill in your name and the start and end date of your exchange period, for details about the host institution's name and Erasmus code please consult the host institution's Erasmus Coordinator. The form must be signed, dated and stamped by the Erasmus Coordinator of the host institution. Please return the completed form to the International Office at Bucks no later than two weeks after the end of your Erasmus study period.
Student Report (Erasmus exchange only)
This is a report on your experiences whilst on exchange and will provide the Erasmus Programme with valuable information which will benefit both future students and contribute to the continued improvement of the programme.
Transcript
Each partner institution will produce a transcript detailing the marks you achieved for the modules you studies abroad. The transcript might be sent directly to the International Office at Bucks or to your Faculty Office with a copy sent to the International Office.
Accommodation at Bucks
Please keep in mind that accommodation at Bucks will not automatically be arranged for the time after your return. Should you wish to stay in university managed accommodation after you return from study abroad, please contact the Accommodation Service directly on accommodation@bucks.ac.uk.
