Exchange to Bucks
When you exchange to Bucks there are a number of documents you need to complete to formalise the arrangement. You can find details of these forms below. Please complete these documents electronically .
International Exchange Application Form
Please make sure to complete all the sections on the form electronically, once completed please print the form and have your institution’s Erasmus Coordinator sign and stamp it. The form should then be returned by post to the International Office at Buckinghamshire New University or emailed to international.administration@bucks.ac.uk.

Accommodation Application Form
This form will be forwarded directly to the Accommodation Service at Bucks which deals with all questions regarding accommodation. All further queries should be directed to them. Please note that this form is NOT an application for a room on campus, it simply requests further information on accommodation.

Learning Agreement
Please use this form to inform us of your provisional module choices. The form should be signed by you and your institution's Erasmus Coordinator, who is responsible for the academic side of the exchange. The form should then be returned by post to the International Office at Buckinghamshire New University or emailed to international.administration@bucks.ac.uk.
Please note that module availability and contents are subject to change without prior notice. Module choice might also be restricted by timetabling considerations. You are therefore required to pick additional modules (insurance options on the form) so that we have an alternative should you not be able to do your originally chosen modules due to timetable considerations.
You will be asked to confirm your module choices during the induction period when timetables have been finalised.
