Clubs & societies
Our clubs and societies grow and adapt every year. We are keen to make sure that you can meet up with likeminded people and have the opportunity to get involved in something new whilst you are at Bucks.
Societies are a great way to get to know people from around the University who have similar interests and they can also be a good opportunity to get back into something you once enjoyed or to try something you have always wanted to.
We have a range of societies ranging from Christian Union, Street Dance, Asian Students’ Union, Glee Club, Film/World Cinema Society, LGBT, Rock Alt and Metal and even free running!
If we don’t have a specific society you are looking to join, then you can start your own! The Students’ Union can provide all the help and support that you will need to get your very own society up and running and can even help provide some financial capital to get you off the ground. If you would like to discuss setting up a new club or society, you can pop into the Student Activities office located in the Students’ Union offices for more information or check out bucksstudent.com/societies.
