Uxbridge accommodation
Students based at the Uxbridge Campus will, in the majority of cases be offered assistance to help find local private accommodation. We have developed good links with estate agents and you will be able to find rooms in the area without difficulty.
As we don’t have managed accommodation or halls of residence in Uxbridge we have established partnerships with two estate agents in the area: Gibbs Gillespie and NuPad. Both agents are well equipped to support students and also charge reasonable rates.
Gibbs Gillespie Estate Agents has established itself not only as market leader in Middlesex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, but as one of the most respected estate agency brands nationally. For nearly 20 years they have been letting a wide range of different properties in these areas.
NuPad Ltd is proud to promote students to landlords in Uxbridge. They pride themselves in providing quality accommodation that complies with all the relevant regulations. They focus on the student rental market and realise the importance of a healthy, friendly relationship with all their student tenants. As they are located across the road from Brunel University, the majority of their tenants are Brunel Students, and it is with excitement that they can now welcome Bucks New University undergraduates. There are also some rooms in our High Wycombe halls of residence for full-time undergraduate nursing students who live outside a 25 mile radius of Uxbridge. We will contact eligible students and let them know how to apply. Whilst we welcome you in our halls of residence, we ask that you you be aware of the travelling distance between High Wycombe and Uxbridge and review the information available on the halls.
