Lodgings
The Accommodation Service advertises a small number of places in lodgings, which could be with an individual, couple or family. Lodgings will give you your own fully furnished room and access to all communal areas. All bills are included in the rent you pay with this option, and some lodgings can include meals.
Our lodgings are a popular choice amongst our international students due to the accommodation being ready furnished and flexible. The benefit of lodgings is that there is more flexibility with regards to the contract notice to end.
As a guide the weekly cost of this accommodation in 2010/11 was between £60 and £85 depending on the location, size and decor of the accommodation.
