Comments & complaints


We are keen to know your opinions, and at times throughout your course you will be asked for your comments or feedback.

Under the terms of the Learning Partnership Agreement you are asked to contribute to the development of the University by providing considered feedback. You will be asked for your feedback on learning experiences, modules, your course and faculty or about your student experience. In addition, final year students may be requested to take part in an externally run National Student Survey. Results of the survey are published by programme on the Unistats website.

The University aims to provide you with the best possible service in all areas of its work. If you do raise any issues they will be looked at carefully and resolved informally, where possible.
 
Where you consider there to be a legitimate concern you have the right to submit a formal complaint. The process for doing this is outlined in the formal document named 'Student Complaints Procedures'.
