Jacqueline Hunt said, “As I came into the University as a mature student there was quite a lot of flexibility with the portfolio element of the application, especially as my previous specialism was not in design. Rather than a design portfolio I brought in evidence of my related industry work. Different people on the course had a wide range of knowledge and experiences, so there was an amount of flexibility in the application process and we were all looked at as individuals. Having people from such a wide range of backgrounds really helped to add to the course.”
