Skills Development

The Clare Business School provides access to highly-skilled recruits, as well as accelerate recruitment via cost-effective ‘fast-track’ work experience/internship programmes, and relevant student projects. Organisations will be able to help shape educational/training programmes which meet specific skills ‘gaps’, achieve discounted, approved industry accreditations, as well as programmes which deliver relevant CPD to keep skills and knowledge up to date.

Business Solutions

The Clare Business School provides access to specialists in sales and marketing, finance, supply chain and human resources, as well as professionally-led business consultancy and research solutions with live projects. This will provide opportunity for Knowledge Transfer Partnerships part-funded by Government sources, as well as access to market research via both specialists and supervised student projects. This will create business networking forums, including professional connections, business speaker series and national and international alumni engagement. Finally, this initiative will also grant access to state-of-the-art facilities including database resources, libraries, conference management, sound and film-recording, and
our online learning and employment portal.

Community Engagement

This collaboration will provide opportunity to create community based CSR projects through a variety of means. Examples include taking part in supporting student-managed charity projects, events and fundraising, as well as helping to develop enterprising with up and coming entrepreneurs.
