Repeating Study
At the end of the assessment period, if you
have not passed sufficient modules to progress to the next level of
the course you may be given the opportunity to return as an
Associate Student to complete the missing modules.
Associate Student status gives you the opportunity to retake
modules which have been failed as a result of ill health, personal
or family difficulties, financial problems, academic difficulty or
through inappropriate choice of modules.
You should discuss the situation with your academic tutor who
will be able to advise you on the consequences (financial and
academic) of attending as an Associate. Student Records &
Programmes can help with your application for repeat year funding
from you LEA (if available).
