If you wish to withdraw from a course of studies

If you decide that studying at the University College is not for you and you wish to cease your studies or transfer to another institution you must formally withdraw from your course of studies.
 
Please refer to the withdrawal Policy stated below. You will need to complete all sections of Form C3, including the last date of attendance. You must ensure that completed C3 forms are signed by both yourself and the Faculty and forwarded to Student Records & Programmes for processing.
 
There may be financial implications involved in your withdrawal from a course and Student Records or Central Finance will advise you accordingly. If you are in receipt of a SLC loan, repayment of the loan may become due the April after you leave your course.
 
Please note: Leaving the University College without going through the correct procedure will have financial implications for you.
 
Withdrawal policy
  • full-time undergraduate courses (home & EU students only)
    No tuition fees will be charged up to and including 30 November. Thereafter, fees will be calculated on the number of weeks completed since the start of the year.
  • all other course (home & EU students only)
    No tuition fees will be charged up to and including 31 October. There after fees will be calculated on the number of weeks completed since the start of the year.
  • international students should refer to Finance Department.
