Safe and Secure Accommodation

Brook Street Halls of Residence, High Wycombe CampusProperties within our ‘Head Tenancy’ Scheme are rented by the University from private individuals, companies or housing associations, meaning that Bucks is your landlord.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure environment in which to study and live. There’s a Senior Resident Scheme, both in halls and Head Tenancy properties, where second or third year students help newcomers to settle in.  The Senior Residents can offer support and advice, as well as information about halls, local facilities and services.
